In the not so distant past I could spend an entire evening coding and creating new websites and be completely content and happy. That’s how I used to relieve the stresses of the day.

Now, I only need 2 things

  1. Family
  2. Exercise

I’m incredibly fortunate to have such an awesome family (immediate and extended) and the ability to take care of my mental and physical being through exercise keeps me focused.

Now to refocus on the 3rd point of my triangle and strengthen my spiritual well-being.
